A Little about Ashley

Currently waking up before most of the world. Serving central Alabama as morning meteorologist at CBS 42. Many of you know me as the former Chief Meteorologist at Alabama News Network in Montgomery, Alabama, where I had the pleasure to serve central and south Alabama nightly on CBS 8 and ABC Montgomery. I’m an active member at Shades Mountain Baptist Church and committed to serve my community through my involvement in various local organizations, like Leadership Vestavia Hills. I’ve also invested my time in Make a Wish Foundation, EMERGE Montgomery, Boys and Girls Club, & Lighthouse Counseling Center….here is a little more of my story:

Hot chocolate, starry nights, beautiful sunsets, and college football are some of my favorite things. I still believe that there is good in this world, and my greatest ambition in life is to be a servant-hearted wife, a mommy that teaches my children the see the beauty in the human spirit, and someone who makes every effort to return good to the world around me. I don’t have cable, I own one TV, and I once converted my fireplace into a bookcase.

Not having cable is awesome!!! My kids spend much less time watching “junk” and we don’t have to be “as worried” about them watching the wrong things. Looking forward to reading about your adventures and your heart for God!

We have been noticing that cute baby bump and are so excited for you. Take care of yourself and rest up when you can.
